A two-step registration pipeline that transfers a prior patient's planning-to-treatment change onto a target's planning CT yields predicted CTs that match treatment-day anatomy better than the static plan, provided the prior is selected using the target's actual treatment-day CT (oracle selection).
The ob-jective is a sum-of-squared-differences feature loss plus a first-order diffusion penalty weighted by λ (λ = 1)
