Fractal Triangular Search (FTS) is a new metaheuristic using fractal chains of engulfing triangles for local search that reports faster content location and fewer incorrect visits than prior methods, with larger gains on bigger images.
For each parameter selection using the evolutionary algorithm, each search algorithm was run ~20,000,000 times and the average of the results were compared (Tables 1 and 2)
