K2Co2(TeO3)3·2.5H2O is a new zemannite-type antiferromagnet with long-range AFM order below 7.6 K whose planar ordering is stabilized by antiferromagnetic interactions through tellurite bridges rather than the usual ferromagnetic or negligible dimer couplings.
