A newly made organic salt shows canted antiferromagnetic order at 14 K and band calculations reveal spin splitting, establishing it as the second altermagnet candidate among κ-type BEDT-TTF conductors after κ-Cl.
The material also appears to be a soft magnet since the hysteresis loop is very narrow as shown in Figure 4 and Figure S5
