Measurements on 19 Fe3GaTe2 crystals show a dirty-regime scaling σxy ∝ σxx^1.6 below σxx ≈ 4×10^3 Ω^-1cm^-1, crossing over to a disorder-independent anomalous Hall conductivity of about 420 Ω^-1cm^-1.
