Composite time-delay lens modelling of JWST WFI2033–4723 yields intermediate stellar IMF normalisation and a steep gNFW inner slope γ_in≃1.3 that is robust to the choice of external cosmology.
This work obtains H0 around 72.9 to 73.1 km/s/Mpc and a sound horizon around 137 to 138 Mpc from combined DESI, H0LiCOW, and Pantheon data, in tension with Planck.
A review of late-universe models concludes that DESI BAO plus uncalibrated supernovae data indicate the Hubble tension originates in new low-redshift physics.
