In Fe0.29TaS2, reducing thickness from bulk to 14 nm switches the dominant anomalous Hall effect mechanism from extrinsic skew scattering to intrinsic Berry-curvature contribution, with a crossover near a channel conductivity of 8 x 10^3 ohm-1 cm-1.
