Resonant leptogenesis from a 500 GeV doubly charged scalar in an extended Georgi-Machacek model can reproduce the observed baryon asymmetry, but the surviving parameter space pins the leptogenesis-active triplet VEV at or below 10^-2 GeV.
Early models to generate baryon asymmetry were mostly based on the grand unified theories (GUT) which generate the B + L asymmetry [9]-[12]
