Model-F hydrodynamics from strong-to-weak symmetry breaking of the charge U(1) is dual to model-A hydrodynamics from weak-to-trivial symmetry breaking of an emergent 1-form U(1) in the decohered 2D rotor.
On the rotor side this is the phase with SW-SSB of U(1) c, but without spontaneous breaking of the weak U(1)c symmetry
