In the z=5.48 galaxy GSz5BH, three star-forming clumps should inspiral to the center on 90 to 160 Myr timescales by dark-matter dynamical friction, feeding ~14 Msun/yr to the circumnuclear region, enough to grow the 3e7 Msun black hole with ~1% efficiency.
