*See Appendix A for the list of collaboration members arXiv:2604.27044v1 [hep-ex] 29 Apr 2026 1 1 Introduction The discovery of the Higgs boson (H) [1-6] in 2012 by the ATLAS [7] and CMS [8] Collabora- tions at the CERN LHC prompted a broad research program to determine its properties. To date, all measured properties are found to be consistent with the standard model (SM) predic- tions [9, 10]. In the SM, after electroweak (EW) symmetry breaking the Higgs field (H) potential can be written as V(H) = 1 2m2 HH2 +λvH 3 + 1 4 λH4, wherem H is the Higgs boson mass and the last two terms represent trilinear and quartic H self-interactions, with the coupling strengths proportional toλ. In the SM,m H = √ 2λv, where vis the vacuum expectation value of the Higgs field, a parameter tightly constrained by EW
