In the one-loop approximation for the periodic Anderson model the contributions of spin and charge fluctuations to the renormalization of the antiferromagnetic order parameter are calculated. It is shown that taking into account the fluctuation corrections allows to quantitatively describe the pressure dependence of the Neel temperature observed in quasi-two-dimensional intermetallic antiferromagnet with heavy fermions CeRhIn$_5$.
