We present the distance priors from the finally released $Planck~ \textrm{TT,TE,EE}+\textrm{lowE}$ data in 2018. The uncertainties are around $40\%$ smaller than those from $Planck$ 2015 TT$+$lowP. In order to check the validity of these new distance priors, we adopt the distance priors to constrain the cosmological parameters in different dark energy models, including the $\Lambda$CDM model, the $w$CDM model and the CPL model, and conclude that the distance priors provide consistent constraints on the relevant cosmological parameters compared to those from the full $Planck$ 2018 data release.

    astro-ph.CO 2026-05 unverdicted novelty 5.0

An interacting dark sector model with Yukawa-coupled fermionic DM and Born-Infeld tachyonic scalar produces recent double phantom crossing in effective w_DE, fits DESI+Planck+SN data, and predicts ultralight DM mass o...

  2. Probing the sensitivity of dark energy dynamics to equation of state parametrization flexibility

    astro-ph.CO 2025-12 conditional novelty 5.0

Flexible dark energy equation of state parametrizations mildly favor dynamical phantom-like behavior at z~1-2, but the preference is only ~2 sigma and sensitive to the model form and extrapolation.

    astro-ph.CO 2026-02 unverdicted novelty 4.0

Modified IDE model with interaction parameter alpha ~0.01 from late-universe data shows H0 decreasing with redshift, tightening to 10^-5 when CMB priors are added.

    astro-ph.CO 2025-10 conditional novelty 4.0

Two three-parameter extensions of the mAH dark energy parametrization are compared to LambdaCDM, wCDM, CPL and others using CMB, DESI BAO, H(z), RSD and three SNIa samples, yielding Delta chi-squared improvements of 6...

  5. Interacting Scalar Fields as Dark Energy and Dark Matter in Einstein scalar Gauss Bonnet Gravity

    gr-qc 2025-07 unverdicted novelty 4.0

Interacting scalar fields coupled to Gauss-Bonnet gravity yield viable dark energy and dark matter models that match Pantheon+ and DES supernova data while preferring over LambdaCDM at high redshifts with Roman mocks.

  6. Dark Energy in Ghost-free non-local Gravity

    gr-qc 2026-05 unverdicted novelty 3.0

Ghost-free non-local gravity fits Pantheon+, DESI, and H(z) data but fails with added CMB, while generalized exponential F(R) gravity outperforms Lambda CDM across all datasets including CMB.

  7. No evidence for phantom crossing: local goodness-of-fit improvements do not persist under global Bayesian model comparison

    astro-ph.CO 2026-05 unverdicted novelty 3.0

Global Bayesian evidence shows no statistically significant support for dynamical dark energy or phantom crossing despite limited local fit improvements in the w0wa parametrization.

  8. No evidence for phantom crossing: local goodness-of-fit improvements do not persist under global Bayesian model comparison

    astro-ph.CO 2026-05 unverdicted novelty 3.0

Local goodness-of-fit gains for w0wa and phantom crossing vanish under global Bayesian evidence, showing no statistically robust evidence for dynamical dark energy across datasets.
