Yes. (As this paper summarizes my talk at the Planetary Nebulae As Astronomical Tools meeting [Gdansk, June 2005], I stay as close as possible to the presentation I gave at the Gdansk meeting. Hence, the title is as was given by the organizers, and the abstract is my original one.)
