abstract

We classify isomorphic classes of the homomorphisms of a root system $\Xi$ to a root system $\Sigma$ which do not change Cartan integers. We examine several types of isomorphic classes defined by the Weyl group of $\Sigma$, that of $\Xi$ and the automorphisms of $\Sigma$ or $\Xi$ etc. We also distinguish the subsystem generated by a subset of a fundamental system. We introduce the concept of the dual pair for root systems which helps to study the action of the outer automorphism of $\Xi$ on the homomorphisms.

  1. G\"opel Varieties

    math.AG 2025-06 conditional novelty 7.0 of 10

The paper constructs a wide family of Coble-type hypersurfaces and their Gopel parametrizations from Vinberg theta-representations, with explicit new examples in genus two, three, and four.

    math-ph 2026-08 conditional novelty 6.0 of 10

This paper shows that the Standard Model symmetry algebra embedded in E7 acts on three separate 32-dimensional subspaces, each equivalent to one generation of fermions and antifermions, describable as the exterior alg...
