This study proposes and fully validates a systematic method for designing low-energy transfers by combining multiple sequences of lobe dynamics, building upon the authors' prior preliminary framework. A graph-based framework is developed to explore possible transfer paths... The resulting optimal trajectory in the Earth-Moon CR3BP is then converted into an optimal transfer in the bicircular restricted four-body problem via multiple shooting. This transfer is compared with existing optimal solutions to demonstrate the effectiveness of the proposed method.
That the graph constructed from lobe connections sufficiently captures all relevant low-energy paths without combinatorial explosion or omission of superior sequences, and that the multiple-shooting conversion from CR3BP to BCR4BP preserves the low-energy character without introducing significant hidden costs.
A graph-based framework using sequences of lobe dynamics constructs low-energy transfer trajectories in the Earth-Moon CR3BP, refines them via multiple shooting in the bicircular four-body problem, and demonstrates effectiveness against existing solutions.
