Claims

C1strongest claim

When expanding the result in the basis of modified spherical harmonics, we find modes with higher angular momentum arise in response to the excitation of sources with lower angular momentum. The static tidal Love tensor that characterizes such mixing structure of the response can be computed iteratively.

C2weakest assumption

The master equations for electromagnetic and gravitational perturbations remain separable in the static limit for five-dimensional Myers-Perry black holes, allowing reduction to Heun equations that admit exact hypergeometric solutions (abstract and implied in the study of separable master equations).

C3one line summary

Derives exact hypergeometric solutions for static perturbations of 5D Myers-Perry black holes and iteratively computes electromagnetic Love tensors showing lower-to-higher angular momentum mode mixing in the response.
