Claims
These results show that regular, asymptotically flat traversable four-dimensional wormholes arise naturally from higher-dimensional scalar-tensor theories.
The assumption that the warped Kaluza-Klein reduction of the five-dimensional Einstein-Maxwell-Chern-Simons action with non-minimally coupled scalar produces an effective four-dimensional theory whose field content (phantom dilaton, canonical axion, Maxwell and Kaluza-Klein vectors) can support the Ellis-Bronnikov metric without introducing singularities or violating the required energy conditions.
Dyonic Ellis-Bronnikov wormholes supported by phantom dilaton, axion, and dyonic gauge fields arise from warped five-dimensional scalar-tensor theories via Kaluza-Klein reduction.
