Claim. The forced operator-core package is the conjunction of three claims on the eight-tick signal space: (i) the quarter-turn core (complex span of the odd DFT-8 modes) is contained in the neutral register (mean-free signals, total sum zero); (ii) for every structured sector $S$ and every signal $f$ in the quarter-turn core, the recognition update of $S$ sends $f$ to the cyclic shift of $f$; (iii) for every recognition operator $R$ and every such $f$, the evolution $R.evolve$ likewise equals the cyclic shift of $f$.

The Unified Forcing Chain module derives T0–T8 as inevitabilities from the Recognition Composition Law plus normalization and calibration. After T8 forces $D=3$ and T7 forces the eight-tick octave ($2^3$), the canonical carrier is the eight-component complex signal space with its DFT-8 modes and cyclic shift.
The neutral register is the mean-free subspace (signals summing to zero over the eight ticks). The quarter-turn core is the span of the odd DFT modes. A structured sector keeps all odd modes, excludes DC, and may keep selected other non-DC modes; its recognition update is projector-after-shift. Recognition operators supply an evolution map on the same carrier.
This structure records the analytic package that those objects must satisfy once the eight-tick carrier is in place: core neutrality, update-as-shift on the core, and Hamiltonian evolution-as-shift on the core.

No proof body: this is a Prop-structure definition bundling three fields. Inhabitation is external. The companion theorem builds an instance by quoting three lemmas: containment of the quarter-turn core in the neutral register; equality of recognition update with cyclic shift on that core (for any structured sector); and equality of recognition-operator evolution with cyclic shift on that core. Each field is a direct application of the corresponding upstream identity.
why it matters
Closes the analytic operator layer after dimension and cadence forcing. Downstream, the T7/T8-to-operator-core bridge surfaces the eight-tick equation, the inhabited Signal8 carrier, and this package so that "the odd-mode quarter-turn core is neutral and propagated by the bare cyclic shift." The complete forcing chain includes the quarter-turn, Hamiltonian, and related layers inside the main namespace; this structure is the named interface those layers cite.
Framework landmarks: T7 (eight-tick octave) and T8 ($D=3$) supply the carrier; the cyclic shift on odd DFT modes is the concrete recognition dynamics once the ledger is discrete and self-similar ($\varphi$ from T6). Without this package, the chain stops at combinatorial cadence and never reaches Hamiltonian or measurement structure on the eight-tick register.
