A decoherence-free-subspace logical qubit stored in two 171Yb+ ions in a cryogenic trap achieves a fitted coherence time above two hours after post-selecting out leakage events.
Also we observe that the non-DFS logical state has even a shorter coherence time (about one half) than the phys- ical qubit due to its doubled sensitivity to the dephasing errors
