M'-TbTaO4 orders antiferromagnetically below 2.1 K with moments along the c-axis; Dy shows possible short-range order near 2.7 K while Ho and Er remain disordered above 1.8 K, with Er exhibiting a Kramers doublet ground state.
The background was fitted with a Chebyshev polynomial with 12 coefficients and the peakshape was a Voigt function with axial divergence asymmetry
