Lagrangian DNS analyses of Rayleigh-Bénard convection at Ra up to 10^10 reveal particle heat fluxes up to 500 times the mean, a distinct Q-R vortex topology, and temporally organized dispersion with short t^5-like followed by t^3 scaling.
