A J-PARC experiment using a segmented annihilation-in-flight polarimeter could measure the T-violating transverse positron polarization in muon decay with a tenfold improvement over the current best limit.
For a case of an experiment with pulsed beam, no muon trigger counter is required because arrival of the muon beam is synchronized to the accelerator repetition
