SAM-3.0 derives canonical cumulants from grand-canonical joint cumulants via a closed recursion with multivariate partial exponential Bell polynomials for arbitrary numbers of conserved charges and observables.
On the sign of kurtosis near the QCD critical point

abstract
We point out that the quartic cumulant (and kurtosis) of the order parameter fluctuations is universally negative when the critical point is approached on the crossover side of the phase separation line. As a consequence, the kurtosis of a fluctuating observable, such as, e.g., proton multiplicity, may become smaller than the value given by independent Poisson statistics. We discuss implications for the Beam Energy Scan program at RHIC.

fRG calculations show the jet quenching parameter hat q is enhanced above the chiral boundary and peaks near the QCD critical end point due to critical sigma fluctuations.
Noncommutative corrections preserve the mean-field universality class of the supercritical crossover and Widom line in charged AdS black holes.
Recent net-proton cumulant ratios from RHIC BES-II data are compared to non-critical models from Lattice QCD, HRG, hydrodynamics and UrQMD, with volume fluctuation effects noted at fixed-target energies.
