Heavy flavour production measurements in pp collisions are a crucial test of QCD. The LHC experiments ALICE, ATLAS, CMS and LHCb, provide complementary abilities to measure many aspects of heavy-flavour production. This contribution summarises recent LHC measurements within this topic.
