Heavy-to-Light Form Factors from QCD Sum Rules on the Light-Cone

We discuss the calculation of the $B \rightarrow \pi$ and $D \rightarrow \pi$ form factors based on an expansion in terms of pion wave functions on the light-cone with increasing twist and QCD sum rule methods. The results are compared with predictions of conventional QCD sum rules and other approaches.
