We report the direct measurement of the ^7Be solar neutrino signal rate performed with the Borexino detector at the Laboratori Nazionali del Gran Sasso. The interaction rate of the 0.862 MeV ^7Be neutrinos is 49+-3(stat)+-4(syst) counts/(day * 100ton). The hypothesis of no oscillation for ^7Be solar neutrinos is inconsistent with our measurement at the 4sigma level. Our result is the first direct measurement of the survival probability for solar nu_e in the transition region between matter-enhanced and vacuum-driven oscillations. The measurement improves the experimental determination of the flux of ^7Be, pp, and CNO solar nu_e, and the limit on the magnetic moment of neutrinos.

Exploring New Propagation Scales With Galactic Neutrinos
A projected joint IceCube+KM3NeT Galactic-neutrino analysis could constrain quasi-Dirac mass splittings near 10^-14-10^-12 eV^2 and nu3-to-nu1 decay rates above 5e-13 eV^2 at 90% CL.

Cosmological neutrino mass: a frequentist overview in light of DESI
A frequentist profile-likelihood analysis of DESI, Planck, ACT, and eBOSS Lyman-alpha data yields Σmν < 53 meV (95% C.L.) in flat ΛCDM and a CMB-independent bound of 285 meV.

Elastic neutrino-electron scattering perspectives at nuclear reactors
Projections show CLOUD and TAO could improve low-energy weak mixing angle measurements to 8-11% via elastic neutrino-electron scattering, with competitive magnetic moment and NSI limits.
