In this paper we present the {\tt C++} package {\tt CRunDec} which implements all relevant formulae needed for the running and decoupling for the strong coupling constant and light quark masses. Furthermore, several formulae are implemented which can be used to transform the heavy quark masses among different renormalization schemes. {\tt CRunDec} is the {\tt C++} version on the {\tt Mathematica} package {\tt RunDec} containing several updates and improvements.

SCET sum rules for $B\to D_1(2420)$ and $B\to D_1'(2430)$ form factors at next-to-leading order
First O(αs) SCET light-cone sum rules for B o D1 and B o D1' form factors yield R(D1)=0.070+0.028-0.018 and R(D1')=0.159+0.032-0.025.

Parton-shower and fixed-order QCD effects in Higgs-boson production in weak-boson fusion and its decays to bottom quarks
For WBF Higgs production with H to b bbar decay and a high b-jet pT cut, adding a parton shower to the decay reduces the previously catastrophic 40 percent fixed-order correction to about 10 percent and yields a stabl...

Systematic study of light and charm meson M1 radiative transitions
The paper calculates vector meson magnetic moments and M1 radiative decay widths for light and charm mesons, finding that both models need empirical scale factors to match measured charm decays.

Angular Analysis of $B \to D^{*}\ell \bar{\nu}_{\ell}$ from Lattice and Experiment: $|V_{cb}|$ and New Physics Constraints
Joint Bayesian fit of lattice form factors and Belle angular data gives |V_cb| = 0.03997(71) in the SM with no resolution of the exclusive-inclusive puzzle and excludes scalar leptoquark NP at 1.0 TeV and vector lepto...
