abstract
The $2S$ $B_c$ states observed by ATLAS, CMS and LHCb Collaborations are discussed. The observation perspectives of $B_c^*$, $2P$ wave, $3P$ wave and $D$ wave states of $B_c$ at LHC experiments are estimated.

Rare $W \to B_c + \gamma$ decay up to the NNLO and NLL accuracy in QCD
The rare decay W to Bc plus photon gets NNLO QCD corrections that reduce the width by 31 percent, giving a branching fraction of 1.522 times 10 to the minus 10 after NLL resummation.
