Clement and Noiucer submitted a note {\tt arXiv:2401.16008 [gr-qc]} replying to our criticism {\tt arXiv:2401.10479 [gr-qc]} of their previous submission. We reply to the contents of this note and remark that these authors have not addressed our arguments. This will be our last response to them. Generalized Vaidya Spacetime in Cotton and Conformal Killing Theories
Cotton Gravity and Conformal Killing Gravity are shown to admit generalized Vaidya solutions with extra geometric r-squared and r-cubed terms, but several displayed formulas have internal inconsistencies.

Black Hole Thermodynamics in Harada's inspired theory of gravity: Stability, Phase Structure and Geometrothermodynamics
In Conformal Killing Gravity, the extra λ term changes black hole stability, heat capacity, and thermodynamic curvature, creating phase structures absent from general relativity.

Non-Vacuum Solutions in Cotton Theory
Cotton theory admits generalized Kiselev and Dymnikova black hole metrics that add geometric linear and quadratic terms to the known general-relativistic solutions.
