We propose a mechanism called axiogenesis where the cosmological excess of baryons over antibaryons is generated from the rotation of the QCD axion. The Peccei-Quinn (PQ) symmetry may be explicitly broken in the early universe, inducing the rotation of a PQ charged scalar field. The rotation corresponds to the asymmetry of the PQ charge, which is converted into the baryon asymmetry via QCD and electroweak sphaleron transitions. In the concrete model we explore, interesting phenomenology arises due to the prediction of a small decay constant and the connections with new physics at the LHC and future colliders and with axion dark matter.

Dark Matter and Baryon Asymmetry from Monopole-Axion Interactions
A rotating QCD axion dissipates kinetic energy via dark monopole dyon transitions, explaining dark matter and baryon asymmetry with a predicted axion decay constant below 10^9 GeV.

Flipped rotating axion: Baryogenesis and Dark Matter
A flipped vacuum manifold for a non-minimally coupled spectator ALP generates both baryon asymmetry through spontaneous baryogenesis and cold dark matter from later oscillations when ξ ∼ (f/m_P)^{2}.

Axiverse Lampposts
In a hierarchical multi-axion theory with random couplings, axion field ranges shrink with 1/sqrt(N), generic axion–SM couplings are suppressed, but the QCD axion's coupling is unsuppressed.

Axions on a Hyperbolic Ride: Geometric Suppression of CMB Isocurvature and a Blue-Tilted Spectrum
A hyperbolic PQ field-space metric exponentially suppresses CMB axion isocurvature and induces a blue-tilted spectrum, allowing H_inf≈10^13 GeV with fa up to 10^16 GeV.

Improved cosmological constraints on axion-lepton interactions
For axion masses above 0.1 eV, cosmology provides the strongest known limits on axion couplings to muons, taus, and flavor-violating tau channels, excluding decay constants up to 10^8 GeV.

Electroweak Baryogenesis: Advances in Sphaleron Rate Calculations and Implications of Thermal Phase Transitions
Sphaleron rates can be computed gauge-invariantly in 3D thermal EFT, yielding a new baryon-washout criterion x = lambda3/g3^2 that replaces v_c/T_c > 1 for electroweak baryogenesis.

Concurrent Exploration of Axion-Like Particle Interactions with Gauge Bosons at the LHC
Expected and observed 95% CL limits on the ALP couplings to gluons and W bosons are derived for a 1 MeV ALP, from simulated ZZa/WWa events at the HL-LHC and from recast CMS Z+jets and W+jets measurements.

Flipped Rotating Axion Non-minimally Coupled to Gravity: Baryogenesis and Dark Matter
A rotating axion, kicked into motion by a sign flip in its gravitational effective potential during kination, can co-generate baryon asymmetry and dark matter in a Majoron seesaw model.
