We derive a sum rule for the total quark angular momentum of a spin-one hadronic system within a gauge invariant decomposition of the hadron's spin. We show that the total angular momentum can be measured through deeply virtual Compton scattering experiments using transversely polarized deuteron targets.

Quantum stress and torsion distributions in the deuteron
First complete non-relativistic impulse-approximation calculation of all eleven deuteron EMT form factors, including non-conserved c-bar and s-bar form factors that map to force and torsion distributions inside the nucleons.

Universality of the Poincar\'e gravitational form factor constraints
The zero-momentum gravitational form factor constraints A(0)=G(0)=1 hold for any relativistic spin state definition, including massless states, and follow purely from Poincaré covariance.
