Neutrinos can have naturally small Dirac masses if the Standard Model singlet right-handed neutrinos are light composite fermions. Theories which produce light composite fermions typically generate many of them, three of which can marry the left-handed neutrinos with small Dirac masses. The rest can serve as sterile states which can mix with the Standard Model neutrinos. We present explicit models illustrating this idea.

Darkly Charged ALPs
Darkly charged ALPs (DALPs) forbid all d=5 ALP-SM operators and admit only two leading d=6 operators (Higgs portal and hypercharge portal), with distinct collider, cooling, and dark-matter phenomenology.

Enabling Strong Neutrino Self-interaction with an Unparticle Mediator
An unparticle mediator with a continuous mass spectrum can realize strong neutrino self-interactions while evading BBN/CMB and IceCube constraints.

Neutrino Dipole Moments and Radiative Signatures from Partial Compositeness
Partial compositeness with inverse seesaw yields neutrino dipole moments of 10^{-6} to 10^{-8} GeV^{-1} and predicts single- and multi-photon radiative signals at MiniBooNE and MINERvA.

Invisible jets from composite neutrinos
Neutrino scattering into composite invisible jets would enhance the neutral-to-charged current ratio, and NuTeV plus SHiP/FPF data can probe or exclude this scenario.

Conformal Freeze-In from Neutrino Portal
A conformal freeze-in model with a neutrino portal can produce the observed dark matter abundance and, in part of its parameter space, the neutrino mass scale, while evading X-ray constraints for composite sterile-neu...

Monophotons at Neutrino Experiments from Neutrino Polarizability
NOMAD and MiniBooNE data currently constrain the neutrino-polarizability coupling product most strongly, while SBND and DUNE are projected to improve these bounds by up to three orders of magnitude.
