  1. Minimal superfluid vortices in chiral perturbation theory

    hep-ph 2026-06 unverdicted novelty 4.0 of 10

Leading order chiral perturbation theory yields the minimal energy condition for vortex nucleation in the pion condensed phase, with vortices carrying quantized angular momentum and self-confining pions.

  2. Meson condensation

    hep-ph 2019-08 unverdicted

A pedagogical review arguing that meson condensation phases at finite isospin or strangeness imbalance provide a robust testing ground where chiral perturbation theory, NJL models, and lattice QCD overlap.
