A parton and hadron cascade model, PACIAE, is employed to investigate the net charge transfer fluctuation within $|\eta|$=1 in Au+Au collisions at $\sqrt{s_{NN}}$=200 GeV. It is turned out that the observable of net charge transfer fluctuation, $\kappa$, in hadronic final state (HM) is nearly a factor of 3 to 5 larger than that in initial partonic state (QGM).
