We discuss issues related to orientifolds and the brane realization for gauge theories with orthogonal and symplectic groups. We specifically discuss the case of theories with (hidden) global SO(2n) symmetry, from three to six dimensions. We analyze mirror symmetry for three dimensional N=4 gauge theories, Brane Box Models and six-dimensional gauge theories. We also discuss the issue of T-duality for D_n space-time singularities. Stuck D branes on ON^0 planes play an interesting role.

Orthosymplectic Chern-Simons Matter Theories: Global Forms, Dualities, and Vacua
A magnetic quiver framework is introduced to extract maximal branches and global forms of 3d orthosymplectic Chern-Simons matter theories from brane configurations, with global data fixed via indices and Hilbert series.

Remarks on the Higgs Branch of 5d Conformal Matter
The Higgs branches of 5d conformal matter atoms and molecules are computed via magnetic quivers and class-S circle reductions, with matching dimensions across the two methods.

A Pathway to Decay and Fission of Orthosymplectic Quiver Theories
An orthosymplectic extension of the Decay and Fission algorithm is proposed, validated on class S and 6d orbi-instanton quivers, and used to predict new Higgs branch RG flows.

A Bound on 3d Mirror Pairs
New 3d mirror pairs are proposed for ABCD-type quivers with mixed U/SU nodes, and it is conjectured that unitary quivers containing exceptional affine Dynkin subquivers have no Lagrangian quiver mirror.
