We construct a chiral Lagrangian for doubly heavy baryons and heavy mesons that is invariant under heavy quark-diquark symmetry at leading order and includes the leading O(1/m_Q) symmetry violating operators. The theory is used to predict the electromagnetic decay width of the J=3/2 member of the ground state doubly heavy baryon doublet. Numerical estimates are provided for doubly charm baryons. We also calculate chiral corrections to doubly heavy baryon masses and strong decay widths of low lying excited doubly heavy baryons.

    hep-ph 2026-03 conditional novelty 6.0 of 10

Using one-boson-exchange potentials and superflavor symmetry, the authors predict many hadronic molecules of charmed mesons and doubly charmed baryons as partners of the Tcc tetraquark.

  2. Doubly charmed baryon-light meson scattering in chiral effective theory with lattice constraints

    hep-ph 2026-06 unverdicted novelty 5.0 of 10

Chiral EFT with lattice-fitted LECs and unitarization predicts resonance, virtual, and bound states plus scattering parameters for doubly charmed baryon-meson systems at physical quark masses.

  3. What can we learn from the radiative decays of the $D_{s1}(2460)$ meson?

    hep-ph 2025-12 unverdicted novelty 5.0 of 10

Measuring the ratio of radiative decay branching fractions from Ds1(2460) can probe the nature of Ds0*(2317) and Ds1(2460) mesons.
