We present a generalization and refinement of the Sachs-Wolfe technique which unifies many of the approaches taken to date and clarifies both the physical and the mathematical character of the method. We illustrate the formalism with a calculation of the behavior of light passing a moving lens on a Minkowski background.

Thermal Sunyaev-Zel'dovich cross-correlations with unWISE galaxies: disentangling radio contamination, dust properties, and electron pressure
Radio contamination must be jointly fit with tSZ and CIB in unWISE-Planck/ACT cross-spectra; its inclusion yields positive signals to ℓ ≃ 6000 that match a two-parameter generalized NFW pressure profile.

Leading-order gravitational time delay of massive particles by a moving Schwarzschild lens
A unified 1PM formula gives the gravitational time delay of relativistic massive and massless particles by a radially moving Schwarzschild lens, matching known light and static limits.

Taking Inventory of the Most Promising Lensed Radio Sources for Constraining Fundamental Properties of Dark Matter
Reports results from two searches for new radio lenses in existing surveys and discusses the completeness of the population usable for constraining dark matter properties via astrometric perturbations.
