abstract
We analyze $K\to \pi \nu\bar \nu$ rates in a model with a TeV-scale leptoquark addressing $B$-meson anomalies, based on the flavor non-universal 4321 gauge group featuring third-generation quark-lepton unification. We show that, together with the tight bounds imposed by $\Delta F = 2$ amplitudes, the present measurement of $\mathcal{B}(K^+ \to \pi^+ \nu \bar\nu)$ already provides a non-trivial constraint on the model parameter space. In the minimal version of the model, the deviations from the Standard Model in $\mathcal{B}(K^+ \to \pi^+ \nu \bar\nu)$ are predicted to be in close correlation with non-standard effects in the Lepton Flavor Universality ratios $R_D$ and $R_{D^*}$. With the help of future data, these correlations can provide a decisive test of the model.

A common origin of the Higgs boson and the flavor hierarchies
A unified TeV-scale model produces the Higgs as a pseudo-Goldstone boson from the same gauge deconstruction that suppresses light-family Yukawa couplings and CKM mixing while leaving PMNS mixing anarchic.

Measurement of the branching ratio of the $K^{+}\rightarrow\pi^{+}\nu\bar{\nu}$ decay
NA62 measures Br(K⁺→π⁺νν̄) = (9.6±1.9)×10⁻¹¹ from 2016–2024 data, a 20% relative-precision measurement consistent with the Standard Model.

Implications of $K\to\pi\nu\bar\nu$ for new physics in $B$ decays
Updated NA62 K+→π+νν̄ data tighten modified-Z and U(2)^5 semileptonic fits and predict KL→π0νν̄ enhanced relative to K+ in the preferred U(2) lobe.
