  3. 2-Local Hamiltonian with Low Complexity is QCMA

    cs.CC 2019-09 reject novelty 3.0 of 10

The paper asserts, with an unfinished proof, that deciding whether a 2-local Hamiltonian has a low-energy state preparable by a small quantum circuit is QCMA-complete.
