abstract
We review the theory of inflationary perturbations. Perturbations at both linear and nonlinear orders are reviewed. We also review a variety of inflation models, emphasizing their signatures on cosmic perturbations.

An open quantum system treatment of curvature perturbations during Ultra-Slow-Roll inflation shows that environmental decoherence erases the interference dip, modifies the growth slope, and induces oscillatory features in the scalar power spectrum and scalar-induced gravitational waves.
UV divergences of one-loop primordial tensor and scalar spectra are absorbed by covariant and tadpole counterterms using only the universal WKB expansion of internal modes, yielding finite model-independent renormalized expressions.
A new UV in-in algorithm for inflationary loops identifies renormalization difficulties and distinguishable finite corrections to the one-loop bispectrum in EFT inflation.
In kinetically coupled vector inflation, the bispectrum in the large-h regime exhibits competing local and flattened non-Gaussian signals with distinct h scalings that distinguish vector-supported dynamics.
Ward identities derived from perturbation-theory symmetries enforce non-perturbative constraints on the infrared power spectrum and guarantee conservation of super-horizon modes in non-attractor inflation.
Five explicit polynomial spatially covariant gravity Lagrangians up to total derivative order three are identified that propagate only two degrees of freedom up to cubic order in perturbations around a cosmological background.
Refines two-field DHOST bouncing model to match observed f_NL and keep strong-coupling scale above background energy, claiming full viability at linear and non-linear levels.
Reversing the direction of tubing evolution yields splitting rules that reproduce the kinematic flow differential equations at tree level and suggest time emerges from kinematic space in conformally coupled scalar models and tr phi^3 theory.
