These notes are based on a series of lectures given by the first author at the school of `Poisson 2010', held at IMPA, Rio de Janeiro. They contain an exposition of the theory of super- and graded manifolds, cohomological vector fields, graded symplectic structures, reduction and the AKSZ-formalism.

Reviewed papers in the Pith corpus that reference this work. Sorted by Pith novelty score. Full citation record

  1. Full S-matrices and Witten diagrams with (relative) L-infinity algebras

    hep-th 2024-12 conditional novelty 7.0 of 10

Cyclic relative L-infinity algebras encode the full S-matrix, including its trivial part, and reproduce Witten diagrams including CFT two-point functions.

  2. Gauged Courant sigma models

    hep-th 2026-01 unverdicted novelty 6.0 of 10

Gauged Courant sigma models extend Courant sigma models by adding gauge symmetries from Lie algebroids and Courant algebroids, with consistency ensured by flatness conditions on target-space curvatures and torsions.

  3. Sandwich Construction of Symmetry TFTs for the Centre Symmetries of Chern-Simons, Yang-Mills, and Einstein Gravity

    hep-th 2025-09 conditional novelty 5.0 of 10

Constructs AKSZ sandwich SymTFTs with stacky target spaces that encode the center symmetries of Chern-Simons, Yang-Mills, and MacDowell-Mansouri gravity.
