We review the basics and the current status of the Poincar\'e gauge theory of gravity. The general dynamical scheme of Poincar\'e gauge gravity (PG) is formulated, and its physical consequences are outlined. In particular, we discuss exact solutions with and without torsion, highlight the cosmological aspects, and consider the probing of the spacetime geometry.

  1. A unified expansion of Einstein's gravity

    hep-th 2026-07 conditional novelty 6.0 of 10

A unified (s,n)-parametrized expansion of the Einstein-Hilbert action yields Galilean, Carroll, Lorentzian, and string Carroll gravity, and near-horizon black hole geometries satisfy the string Carroll equations.

  2. General Relativistic Hartree-Fock Calculations for Neutron Star

    gr-qc 2024-12 reject novelty 4.0 of 10

A formalism for general-relativistic Hartree-Fock neutron star calculations is presented, but the claimed singularity avoidance is asserted without any numerical demonstration.
