abstract

We present a very minimal model for baryogenesis by a dark first-order phase transition. It employs a new dark $SU(2)_{D}$ gauge group with two doublet Higgs bosons, two lepton doublets, and two singlets. The singlets act as a neutrino portal that transfer the generated asymmetry to the Standard Model. The model predicts $\Delta N_\text{eff} = 0.09-0.13$ detectable by future experiments as well as possible signals from exotic decays of the Higgs and $Z$ bosons and stochastic gravitational waves.

  1. Primordial Black Hole from Tensor-induced Density Fluctuation: First-order Phase Transitions and Domain Walls

    astro-ph.CO 2026-05 unverdicted novelty 6.0 of 10

Tensor perturbations from FOPT and domain-wall sources are claimed to induce second-order scalar perturbations large enough to form primordial black holes, potentially all of the dark matter.

  2. Complementarity of gravitational wave analyses and di-Higgs production in the exploration of the Electroweak Phase Transition dynamics in the RxSM

    hep-ph 2025-10 conditional novelty 6.0 of 10

In the real singlet extension of the SM, strong first-order electroweak phase transitions split into singlet-driven transitions (loud in gravitational waves, quiet at colliders) and doublet-driven transitions (visible...

  3. What happens when supercooling is terminated by curvature flipping of the effective potential?

    hep-ph 2024-12 conditional novelty 6.0 of 10

Supercooling terminated by curvature flipping still proceeds by bubble nucleation and expansion, not by smooth phase mixing, according to 3D lattice simulations.

  4. Direct Detection and Cosmological Constraints of Dark Matter with Dark Dipoles

    hep-ph 2026-02 conditional novelty 5.0 of 10

Cosmological and direct-detection data already exclude most sub-GeV dark-matter parameter space for dark-photon magnetic dipole interactions, with semiconductor detectors needed to probe the remaining electric-dipole ...

  5. Gravitational waves and dark matter with Witten effect

    hep-ph 2025-01 conditional novelty 4.0 of 10

A dark SU(2) phase transition can produce monopole dark matter, make the axion heavy via the Witten effect, and generate nanohertz gravitational waves matching PTA hints.
