We discuss the GW/DT correspondence for 3-folds in both the absolute and relative cases. Descendents in Gromov-Witten theory are conjectured to be equivalent to Chern characters of the universal sheaf in Donaldson-Thomas theory. Relative constraints in Gromov-Witten theory are conjectured to correspond in Donaldson-Thomas theory to cohomology classes of the Hilbert scheme of points of the relative divisor. Independent of the conjectural framework, we prove degree 0 formulas for the absolute and relative Donaldson-Thomas theories of toric varieties.

  1. The non-perturbative topological string: from resurgence to wall-crossing of DT invariants

    hep-th 2026-04 unverdicted novelty 8.0

An isomorphism is shown between the algebra of alien derivatives acting on the topological string partition function and the Kontsevich-Soibelman Lie algebra, linking resurgence to DT wall-crossing with numerical matc...

  2. The non-perturbative topological string: from resurgence to wall-crossing of DT invariants

    hep-th 2026-04 unverdicted novelty 7.0

Links resurgence of the topological string partition function to DT wall-crossing via an isomorphism of alien derivative algebras to the Kontsevich-Soibelman Lie algebra, with Borel singularities matched to specific D...

  3. Shell formulas for instantons and gauge origami

    hep-th 2025-12 unverdicted novelty 7.0

A new shell formula unifies and delivers explicit closed-form expressions plus recursions for instanton partition functions in 5d SYM and multiple gauge origami configurations using arbitrary-dimensional Young diagrams.

  4. Universal Correlators on Exponentially Ramified Spectral Curves

    math-ph 2026-07 conditional novelty 6.0

Generalized topological recursion extends to spectral curves with essential singularities by replacing residues at the essential point with residues at ordinary meromorphic points.

  5. Semiorthogonal decompositions for stacks

    math.AG 2026-05 unverdicted novelty 6.0

Constructs semiorthogonal decompositions for derived categories on quasi-smooth derived algebraic stacks indexed by component lattices, with examples for moduli stacks of G-bundles, G-Higgs bundles, and G-local systems.
