abstract

We present the matrix elements for the semileptonic kaon decays $K_{l2\gamma}$ , $K_{l2l^+l^-}$, $K_{l2l'^+l'^-}$,$K_{l3}$, $K_{l3\gamma}$ and $K_{l4}$ at next-to-leading order, and $K_{e5}$ at leading order in Chiral Perturbation Theory and compare the predictions with experimental data. For $K_{l4}$ decays we estimate yet higher orders in order to reduce theoretical uncertainties in the comparison with the data. Monte Carlo event generators are used to calculate the corresponding rates at DA$\Phi$NE. We discuss the possibilities to improve our knowledge of the low-energy structure of the Standard Model at this and similar machines.

  1. From WIMP to FIMP during reheating: collider vs non-collider probes for p-wave annihilation

    hep-ph 2026-05 unverdicted novelty 4.0 of 10

Collider experiments can strongly constrain p-wave-suppressed derivative operators and thereby limit reheating temperature, DM mass, and interaction scale needed to match observed DM abundance during reheating.

  2. Semileptonic $D_{e4}$ decays: hadronic dynamics and the determination of $|V_{cs}|$

    hep-ph 2025-06 conditional novelty 4.0 of 10

Using a K*(892)+D*(2010) pole model fitted to BESIII data, the authors show the D* pole can mimic the S-wave contribution previously attributed to the kappa scalar meson in D_{e4} decays.
