We study $S$-wave interactions of the baryon decuplet with the octet of pseudoscalar mesons using the lowest order chiral Lagrangian. In the S=1 sector, we find an attractive interaction in the $\Delta K$ channel with I=1 while it is repulsive for I=2. The attractive interaction leads to a pole in the second Riemann sheet of the complex plane and is manifested as a large strength in the scattering amplitude close to the $\Delta K$ threshold, which is not the case for I=2. We use the unitarized coupled channel approach to also investigate all the other possible values of strangeness and isospin. We find two bound states in the SU(3) limit corresponding to the octet and decuplet representations. These are found to split into eight different trajectories in the complex plane when the SU(3) symmetry is broken gradually. Finally, we are able to provide a reasonable description for a good number of 4-star ${{3/2}}^-$ resonances listed by the Particle Data Group. In particular, the $\Xi(1820)$, the $\Lambda(1520)$ and the $\Sigma(1670)$ states are well reproduced. We predict a few other resonances and also evaluate the couplings of the observed resonances to the various channels from the residues at the poles of the scattering matrix from where partial decay widths into different channels can be evaluated.

  1. Signatures of the $\Omega(2012)^{-}$ state in $\Xi^*\bar K$ Correlation Functions

    hep-ph 2026-03 accept novelty 6.5

Ω(2012) is dynamically generated as a Ξ*K–Ωη molecule; its pole produces pronounced near-threshold structures in the Ξ*0K− correlation function that can be measured at the LHC.

  2. Radiative decays of the $\Lambda(1520)$ as a dynamically generated resonance

    hep-ph 2026-05 unverdicted novelty 6.0

In the chiral unitary approach with dimensional regularization and new photon-baryon diagrams, the computed Lambda(1520) to gamma Sigma0 width matches BESIII data while the gamma Lambda width underpredicts the CLAS result.

  3. Probing the hadronic molecular nature of the $\Omega(2012)$, $\Omega(2380)$, and $\Omega_c(3120)$ via femtoscopy correlation functions

    hep-ph 2026-04 unverdicted novelty 5.0

Correlation function calculations with coupled-channel potentials produce low-momentum enhancements that the authors interpret as signatures of the molecular structure of Ω(2012), Ω(2380), and Ωc(3120).

  4. Probing the hadronic molecular nature of the $\Omega(2012)$, $\Omega(2380)$, and $\Omega_c(3120)$ via femtoscopy correlation functions

    hep-ph 2026-04 unverdicted novelty 5.0

Numerical correlation functions computed from effective potentials exhibit enhancements that indicate the hadronic molecular nature of the Ω(2012), Ω(2380), and Ωc(3120) resonances.

  5. The dynamically generated $h_1$ state by the $K^*\bar{K}^*$ interaction and its $K_1(1270)\bar{K}$ and $b_1(1235)\pi$ decays

    hep-ph 2026-01 conditional novelty 5.0

The dynamically generated h1(1790) K*Kbar* molecule is predicted to decay into K1(1270)Kbar and b1(1235)pi with partial widths of about 0.5 to several MeV, plus stable width ratios R1≈0.3 and R2≈0.53.
