We investigate exactly solvable two-dimensional conformal field theories that exist at generic values of the central charge, and that interpolate between A-series or D-series minimal models. When the central charge becomes rational, correlation functions of these CFTs may tend to correlation functions of minimal models, or diverge, or have finite limits which can be logarithmic. These results are based on analytic relations between four-point structure constants and residues of conformal blocks.

  1. Coupled minimal models revisited II: Constraints from permutation symmetry

    hep-th 2024-12 accept novelty 7.0 of 10

For coupled large-m minimal models with N=5,6,7, every permutation-charged current below spin 10 acquires an anomalous dimension, so the IR fixed points show no extended chiral algebra in that range.

  2. Exactly solvable conformal field theories

    hep-th 2024-11 conditional novelty 3.0 of 10

A lecture-note review unifying the exactly solvable 2d CFTs without extended chiral symmetry under the bootstrap framework, with a conjectural roadmap for solving the loop CFTs.
