Angular-energy distributions are studied for charged leptons and neutrinos from the decays of polarised top quarks. A small admixture of V+A interactions is incorporated. The polarisation dependent part of the neutrino distribution which can be measured experimentally through the missing momentum is particularly sensitive towards deviations from the V-A structure. This result remains unaffected by QCD corrections which, however, cannot be neglected in a quantitative analysis.

Jet Substructure Probe on Scalar Leptoquark Models via Top Polarization
A simulation study projects up to 5.4 sigma discovery significance for scalar leptoquarks at the HL-LHC and up to 3.2 sigma separation between the S3 and R2 models using a BDT score.

Jet Substructure Analysis for Distinguishing Left- and Right-Handed Couplings of Heavy Neutrino in $W'$ Decay at the HL-LHC
At the HL-LHC, jet substructure variables z_l, z_theta, and z_k combined with a BDT could exclude either left- or right-handed W'-to-heavy-neutrino couplings at about 1.6-2.8 sigma for benchmark masses.
