We show that the well-known NUT solution can be correctly interpreted as describing the exterior field of two counter-rotating semi-infinite sources possessing negative masses and infinite angular momenta which are attached to the poles of a static finite rod of positive mass.

Memory effect from the scattering of Taub-NUT black holes
Soft theorems yield a gauge-invariant nutty soft factor and the associated memory tensor for Kerr-Taub-NUT scattering, with magnetic components and directional divergences absent in electromagnetism.

Kerr--NUT--Levi-Civita geometries from Ernst inversion: axis structure, curvature singularities, and the Manko--Ruiz parameter
Ernst inversion of Kerr–NUT yields a new vacuum metric family whose axis regularity, curvature singularities, and horizon data are governed by the Manko–Ruiz parameter C and the pre-inversion twist β.

Twisting asymptotically-flat spacetimes
Twisting asymptotically-flat spacetimes are brought into a generalized Bondi gauge with finite radial expansion, producing new flux-balance laws, Carroll-boost symmetries, and finite supertranslated Kerr–Taub–NUT metrics.

Taub-NUT as gravitational dyon with torsion
Taub-NUT's Misner strings are torsion defects; with this torsion, the spacetime is a soliton sourced by two spin-fluid beams with a cosmic-string-like equation of state.

Equatorial Circular Motion of Charged Test Particles in a Weakly Magnetized Taub--NUT Background
Derives circularity and marginal stability conditions for charged particles in weakly magnetized Taub-NUT spacetime and finds that magnetic field strength monotonically decreases the ISCO radius with charge-dependent ...

The first law of black hole thermodynamics for Taub-NUT spacetime
The NUT parameter n is reinterpreted as producing rotation along Misner strings, giving a modified first law dM = T d(A/4G) + (1/n)d(Mn) - (1/(2n))d(nr+/G) for Lorentzian Taub-NUT spacetime.
